Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Mirakl Connect team in Boston. This permanent, hybrid role blends pre‑sales consulting and onboarding, partnering with Account Executives to translate customer needs into compelling demos and tailored solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding, guiding catalogs and ecosystems to value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or related SaaS roles.
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives on opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business objectives and technical needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations linking Catalog Transformer and Mirakl Connect to outcomes.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from closed-won to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Partnerships, and Marketplace Ops.
• Create reusable sales/onboarding assets and capture feedback for improvements.
