ExtensisHR in Iselin, NJ, seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Product Development, and Operations, driving world-class product and service demonstrations that align with customer needs and close opportunities. You will craft technical sales strategies with Sales and lead the pre-sales process to win deals.

You will articulate the ROI to executives, coordinate with the Implementation team, and ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sale.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of sales or sales engineering experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience facilitating comprehensive customer demonstrations.
• Ability to discuss challenges with C-Level executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for the Sales team by understanding prospect needs and facilitating product demonstrations.
• Participate in presale processes with the Sales team.
• Secure input from stakeholders and resolve technical objections to secure commitments.
• Architect winning strategies to differentiate ExtensisHR and show ROI at executive level.
• Partner with Implementation to ensure client needs are expedited during deployment.
