ExtensisHR is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Product Development, and Operations in New Jersey. You will drive world-class product demonstrations, gather customer requirements, and craft technical sales strategies to win opportunities.

You will partner with Sales on each deal, articulate ROI, and ensure a smooth transition to our platform post-sale, while collaborating with Implementation to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales engineering or presales.
• Ability to present complex information to executives.
• Comfort discussing challenges with C-level executives.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Curiosity to learn internal systems and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product and service solutions to drive sales.
• Lead presales processes with the Sales team.
• Gather input from stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Address technical objections to close deals.
• Define problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Explain value proposition and ROI to executives.
• Collaborate with Implementation to ensure timely delivery.
• Share market trends with leadership.
• Maintain cross-team communication on new clients.
