Job summary

Profound is hiring a Solutions Consultant to bridge sales, product, and customer success for enterprise prospects. You will own pre‑sales strategy, translate customer goals into scalable AI‑driven solutions, and craft demonstrations that highlight platform value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope implementations, data models, and proof‑of‑concepts, guiding customers toward measurable ROI and accelerated decisioning.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre‑sales role within B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency discussing APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows with business and technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills enabling clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to support discovery calls, demos, and RFPs.
• Lead custom solution design by mapping customer use cases to platform features and data models.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations showing ROI and value for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope integrations and data requirements.
• Develop and refine proof‑of‑concept engagements to accelerate deals.
