Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as a product expert and trusted advisor during the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives to discover goals, technical needs, data, and success metrics, and collaborate with post-sales teams for seamless transitions.

In this role you’ll design data ingestion and integration solutions, lead tailored demos, and guide customers through detailed evaluations to demonstrate value and alignment with Common Room capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales within B2B SaaS.
• Ability to support intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements within growth, commercial, or mid-market sectors.
• Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrations (APIs, webhooks, JSON).
• Translate technical details into business value for non-technical audiences and lead technical discussions.
• Able to manage multiple deals with proactivity and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product specialist and technical advisor during the entire sales cycle.
• Translate challenges into outcome-focused solution designs aligned with Common Room capabilities.
• Lead tailored demonstrations, technical explorations, and pilots to confirm alignment and value.
• Design solution approaches including data ingestion, enrichment, identity resolution, automation, and integrations.
• Align stakeholders on scope and limitations before finalizing agreements.
• Provide customer insights to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and sales strategy.
