Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Solutions Center Manager to lead the sales support team at the assigned location and partner with the outside sales group to drive revenue. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and efficient operations to meet sales goals.

You will hire, train, and manage staff, align processes with best practices, and monitor performance metrics while maintaining strong internal relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to train and effectively build a team.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team with the location.
• Assists in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of products.
• Ensures customer service is a focal point of every interaction.
• Drives accountability and evaluates the team performance.
• Collaborates with outside sales to grow the business.
• Works with managers to share knowledge and best practices.
• Analyzes inventory for opportunities to increase turns and sales.
• Prioritizes tasks and coordinates workflow to support customers.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates as necessary.
• Sets goals and tracks measures across the team.
