Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all shop support activities at the location.
• Trains staff on sales related systems, databases, and processes.
• Provides customer support including order processing, delivery estimates, and price changes.
• Implements and maintains pricing per established policies.
• Manages collections process and outstanding invoices.
• Handles Accounts Payable activities and prepares reports.
• Assists customers and suppliers to resolve order problems.
• Manages inventory to meet annual turn goals.
