GPC Global Parts Company seeks an experienced Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, efficient service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. You will identify, source, and process parts orders while advising customers on technical questions and solutions.

The role requires strong product knowledge and adherence to company policies. Reporting to Store Manager, you will support inventory, pricing, and delivery operations, participate in training, and contribute to a high-performing team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers in-store, by phone, and in dealer shops.
• Accurately identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and company policies.
