Genuine Parts Company is hiring a Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers in our retail store, delivering high-quality automotive parts solutions and a superior customer experience. The role supports both retail and wholesale customers, using product knowledge and efficient systems to drive store performance.

Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries, inventory control, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while collaborating with team peers and management.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records.
• Contribute to store operations and team support tasks to optimize performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and standards.
