Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Youngstown seeks a Manager, Solutions Center to lead the sales support team at the location, coordinating closely with the outside sales group to grow the business and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epicor P21 is desirable; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team for the location.

• Ensures top-tier customer service in every interaction.
• Collaborates with outside sales to grow the business.
• Analyzes inventory to improve turns and sales; monitors safety guidelines.
