Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software solution architects and engineers. You will direct design reviews, complex debugging, and end-to-end deployments of AI infrastructure in customer data centers.

You will mentor engineers, guide architectural discussions, and work with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to shape roadmaps. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected; remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles, with 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers or architects.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects and engineers; set priorities and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
• Provide deep subject-matter expertise in GPU and network systems; lead complex compute and network debugging and design decisions.
• Guide teams through compute, network, and software architecture discussions and support on-site data center work when needed.
• Collect and synthesize customer requirements; influence roadmap priorities and packaging of reference designs and solutions.
• Translate security requirements into scalable AI infrastructure in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
