Job summary

NVIDIA AI is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software architects. You will drive end-to-end deployments in customer data centers, mentor engineers, and shape solution design through direct technical reviews and critical debugging.

You will engage with strategic AI labs and customers, guiding compute and network configurations, and collaborating with Product Management and Sales to shape roadmaps and reference designs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• 8+ overall years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering or similar roles, with 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers or architects.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & manage a team of solutions architects and engineers focused on large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments; set priorities, allocate resources, mentor, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide deep subject-matter expertise in GPU and network systems; lead complex compute and network configuration and debugging with your team.
• Guide your team in architecture discussions and on-site data center bring-up, including Power/cooling constraints.
• Synthesize customer requirements; partner with Product Management, Sales and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and reference designs.
• Seek opportunities to expand NVIDIA's engagements with strategic AI labs and customers.
