Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking & software solution architects and engineers. Build and deploy AI hardware/software in production in customer data centers, driving end-to-end deployments. You will guide design reviews, debugging efforts, and roadmap shaping with customer feedback.

Travel up to 20% may be required; remote work locations are supported. Base salary ranges from 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD, with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Physics, or related engineering field.
• 8+ years in systems/solutions/field engineering or data center roles; 2+ years leading engineers.
• Direct people management and recruiting experience for distributed tech teams.
• System-level expertise: CPU/GPU servers, NICs, Linux, data center networking.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects from design to production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer meetings and docs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects and engineers; set priorities and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide deep subject-matter expertise and lead complex compute and network debugging.
• Guide discussions and support server, network, and cluster bring-up, including on-site work.
• Synthesize customer requirements and influence roadmap and reference designs.
• Partner with security stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI infrastructure.
