Ladders is seeking an IT Administrator, Business Applications to own the administration and optimization of core business applications supporting internal teams. This remote role partners with stakeholders to manage access, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery through well-configured systems and automation.

You will support internal users, enable citizen developers, and translate business needs into scalable application solutions across the organization.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in IT or SaaS platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
• Proficient in configuring workflows, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Knowledge of RBAC and user lifecycle management.
• Ability to scope and complete moderately complex projects independently.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting integration or automation logs.

For our client, we are seeking a IT Administrator, Business Applications to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will own the administration and ongoing optimization of core business applications that support internal teams across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage access, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery through well-configured systems and automation. The position also plays a key role in supporting internal users, enabling citizen developers, and translating business needs into scalable application solutions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $151,000 annually

Responsibilities
