Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect V to lead the technical architecture for a telecom expense management platform. You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, workflows, and enterprise integrations while guiding cross-functional teams.

In this remote role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to optimize performance, usability, and operational efficiency, acting as the trusted SME for platform architecture and critical issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with a telecom expense management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and solution design for the telecom expense management platform.
• Assess business and technical requirements to create scalable solutions.
• Design and implement platform configurations and workflows.
• Support integrations and data flows between the platform and enterprise systems.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for platform architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and performance issues.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and improved usability.
