Job summary

GitLab is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect with proficiency in French or German. This remote role supports SMB EMEA customers, guiding pre-sales engagements and technical evaluations of the GitLab platform.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to design solutions and drive customer value. You’ll contribute to shaping architectures, leading proofs of concept, and guiding customers through their digital transformation with GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers in pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Ability to understand end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide technical evaluations and run workshops.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through GitLab's DevSecOps platform from planning to monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Lead technical evaluations such as proofs of value and POVs.
• Own pre-sales engagements both onsite and remote.
• Build relationships to enable GitLab advocacy within customer environments.
