Ladders is seeking a Proposal Solutions Architect to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role shapes integrated solution strategies that translate early concepts into persuasive, compliant proposals for a federal contracting environment.

You will partner closely with technical directors, proposal production teams, and key personnel to enable rapid, high-stakes delivery in remote settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecting within federal government contracting.
• Ability to lead working sessions and update proposal content in real time.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with federal acquisition vehicles and rapid task-order environments.
• Strong background in strategy, technical development, and proposal writing.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver compliant proposals.

• Create and update PowerPoint presentations with design teams.

• Guide proposal production teams to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
• Implement quality assurance frameworks to enhance win probability and oversee integration.

For our client, we are seeking a Proposal Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape integrated solution strategies that translate early concepts into persuasive, compliant proposals. You will partner closely with technical leaders, key personnel, and proposal production teams to support rapid, high-stakes delivery in a federal contracting environment. The position calls for strong solutioning discipline, real-time collaboration, and the ability to align technical content, staffing, and presentation materials into a cohesive win strategy.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $156,800 – $281,200 annually
