Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Strategist- Services Engagement to lead high-impact, multi-practice technology engagements and shape enterprise strategies for transformation at scale. You will translate complex business needs into integrated technology roadmaps across cloud, applications, data, security, infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, and AI, collaborating with architects, sales, operations, and delivery teams.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $121,450 – $170,010 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years IT architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing multi-practice solutions.
• Broad tech portfolio: cloud, apps, data, security, infra, DevOps, SaaS, AI.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience building enterprise roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
• Certifications in multiple disciplines (AWS/Azure) a plus.
• Vertical-domain experience in healthcare or financial services a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Strategist- Services Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead high-impact, multi-practice technology engagements with executive stakeholders and help shape enterprise strategies that support transformation at scale. You will translate complex business needs into integrated technology roadmaps across cloud, applications, data, security, infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, and AI. The position also requires close collaboration with solution architects, sales, operations, and delivery teams to align future-state designs with business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $121,450 – $170,010 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-practice architectural engagements as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
• Drive innovation and architect digital transformation roadmaps across various technology domains
• Align complex technology strategies with business goals for senior leadership and CxO-level clients
