Job summary

W4 Games is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the technical voice in high-value customer conversations. This role follows a pre-sales path, reporting to the COO and collaborating with sales and engineering leadership.

You will address feasibility, scope, and performance optimization while contributing to delivery when appropriate. As a member of a small team, you will join discovery calls, frame problems, propose technical solutions, and build targeted PoCs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering or solutions engineering.
• Proven ability to frame customer problems and propose technical solutions.
• Experience delivering PoCs and technical talks.

Responsibilities

• Join discovery calls as the engineering counterpart to business leads.
• Frame customer problems clearly and separate real risk from perceived risk.
• Own and propose technical solutions with internal engineering leadership.
• Build time-boxed PoCs for strategic opportunities and reuse where possible.
• Drive technical follow-up after events and calls.
• Deliver talks at industry events and create related content.
