Job summary

Strategic Communications is looking for a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to join their enterprise technology sales division. This individual will support the sales team, align client needs with cloud solutions, and serve as a technical sales overlay.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role requires occasional travel for onboarding and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Network and/or Systems Administration.
• 1+ years of Sales Engineering, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Writing experience.
• Familiarity with migration and deployment strategies in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-performing sales team with cloud-based solutions.
• Specify deliverables for project scopes of work (SOWs).
• Present complex ideas to various audiences.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales and Engineering.
• Engage with customer teams for ongoing business reviews.
