Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect Operations Lead to own the SA engagement model, toolkit, and cadences for the Revenue organization in the United States. You will partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics to ensure robust data quality, implement effective processes, and maintain reporting standards.

You will turn field feedback into actionable operational improvements and lead testing across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Architect, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Experience Operations.
• Understanding of technical sales and pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the SA operational toolkit and business requirements for systems, workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics on implementation and data quality.
• Manage operational support requests and improve engagement workflows.
• Document and operationalize the SA engagement model and cadences.
• Own SA reporting requirements and data quality standards.
• Turn field feedback into operational improvements and lead testing.
