Job summary

GitLab in the United States is seeking a customer-facing Technical Consultant to deliver on-demand technical consultancy and guidance to customers implementing DevSecOps workflows. You will drive product adoption and measurable value across accounts, partnering with account teams, renewals managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will also plan and lead workshops, demos, and enablement sessions, while contributing to scalable documentation and content.

Qualifications

• Provide on-demand technical consultancy and solution guidance via Zoom and written channels.
• Help customers implement GitLab solutions for DevSecOps workflows.
• Plan and lead customer workshops, demos, and enablement sessions, while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and measurable customer value across APJ accounts, partnering with Account Executives and Renewals Managers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to scalable enablement through documentation and technical content.
• Lead enablement sessions and create scalable content for future customer engagements.
