Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Solutions Architect II in the US to partner with Account Executives across the Membership sub-vertical and drive AWS adoption for large nonprofit organizations. You will design architectures, demos, and production deployments that impact millions of members.

You will mentor peers, lead AI and data analytics initiatives on Bedrock, Connect, QuickSight, and Lake Formation, and help translate business goals into practical AWS solutions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of experience in software, cloud, systems engineering, or data & analytics.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a Dev/Ops perspective is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a named Membership sub-vertical book (3–5 accounts).
• Lead end-to-end AWS adoption from discovery to production deployment and optimization.
• Drive generative AI engagements on AWS Bedrock including KB + agent core deployments.
• Architect contact-center modernization on Amazon Connect and AI-driven analytics.
• Lead immersive sessions and translate business priorities into AWS architectures and roadmaps.
• Build reusable demo patterns for the NPO SA org's bi-weekly program.
• Mentor junior SAs through structured coaching and peer reviews.
• Influence directors to C-suite with trusted technical and business guidance.
