Standard Template Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist in Midtown Manhattan to own the customer experience from first touch through go-live. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn opportunities into value.

You don’t need a technical background to succeed; you should be eager to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and excited to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Own customer engagements: be the primary contact during pilots and deployments and translate business needs into deployment plans.
• Define and prove success: set clear criteria at the start of a pilot and track progress.
• Make deployments happen: collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to move pilots from concept to execution and manage timelines.
• Drive adoption post-go-live: train customers and ensure ongoing usage after launch.
• Bridge customers and product: translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Help build the playbook: help shape how we scope, execute, and scale deployments as the company grows.
