Job summary

Stash Talent Services is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead healthcare insurance system integration initiatives on a fully remote contract basis. You will partner with Enrollment stakeholders to map current processes, design end-to-end architectures, and develop implementation roadmaps for cross-system integrations.

The ideal candidate has healthcare insurance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive projects from discovery through deployment in a remote

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end architectures that connect healthcare insurance systems.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Work with engineering, product, business, and technical teams to ensure implementation.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and roadblocks and address them.
• Establish integration patterns, data flows, APIs, interfaces, and system interaction models.

• Needs to have system integration experience
• Needs to be a high-level problem solver who can identify integration/streamline opportunities, build a plan to implement/streamline, and see those plans through
• Nice to have: Enrolment member project experience

About the team

This is under the Enrolment team. They manage how users apply for open enrolment benefits, determine eligibility for benefits, and what plans are offered. They currently have a handful of systems that operate independently so when things need to be cross referenced, it is done through sharing files. They are looking for someone to help streamline and eventually integrate all of these systems. They want someone who can see the project through fully.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Enrollment team and business stakeholders to understand current processes, systems, and integration challenges.
• Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes, reduce file-based exchanges, and streamline system-to-system integrations.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures that connect disparate healthcare insurance systems.
• Develop integration strategies, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive initiatives from initial discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role.
• Healthcare insurance experience is required.
• Strong understanding of health insurance processes, systems, and data flows.
• Significant experience designing and implementing system integrations across multiple applications.
• Experience working with disparate systems and replacing or improving file-based/manual data exchanges.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical technical solutions.
• Strong experience creating technical roadmaps and driving solutions from concept through implementation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and effectively collaborate across technical and business teams.
