You will partner with HealthEdge Payor solutions and external vendors to deliver scalable enterprise integrations in a remote US setting. The role requires 12+ years in technology integrations, 7+ years in technical leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field; 12+ years in technology integrations.
• 7+ years in technical leadership roles; experience mentoring teams.
• Deep Healthcare payor domain experience and integration of core admin platforms.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Experience with HealthEdge products like HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.

Aufgaben

• Solution technical architecture for customer delivery programs
• Integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment systems
• Ensure architecture governance compliance
• Collaborate with customer, partners, and internal product teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and emerging technologies
• Ensure repeatability and reusability of integration design, process, and code
• Leading technical architectural conversations and solution discussions with customer and internal teams
• Mentor technical staff
