Job summary

Stash Talent Services is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead healthcare insurance system integration initiatives on a fully remote contract basis. You will partner with Enrollment stakeholders to map current processes, design end-to-end architectures, and develop implementation roadmaps for cross-system integrations.

Qualifications

• Healthcare insurance experience is required.
• Strong experience designing and implementing system integrations across multiple applications.
• Strong understanding of health insurance processes, systems, and data flows.
• Experience replacing or improving file-based/manual data exchanges.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical technical solutions.
• Experience creating roadmaps and driving solutions from concept through implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enrollment team to understand processes, systems, and integration challenges.
• Analyze applications and identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes, reduce file-based exchanges, and streamline integrations.
• Design end-to-end architectures that connect healthcare insurance systems.
• Develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Work with engineering, product, business, and technical teams to ensure implementation.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and roadblocks and address them.
• Establish integration patterns, data flows, APIs, interfaces, and system interaction models.
