Job summary

Gen is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing. You will engage directly with clients, orchestrate demonstrations, and deliver tailored technical solutions for publishers, fintechs and banks.

You will drive GTM initiatives, document best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of Digital Marketplace Infrastructure within the Revenue team, empowering regional banks and credit

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales engineering or technical account management, preferably with financial institutions or enterprise tech.
• Strong ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating and conducting product demonstrations and leading technical discussions with clients.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take on lead Solution Engineering role with Engine Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Support technical onboarding with detailed account plans and customized specifications.
• Serve as a technical expert during sales meetings and provide insights into ROI.
• Customize proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase value for each client.
• Work with product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and features.
• Develop internal and external documentation around best practices and processes.
• Develop marketing materials with marketing for GTM initiatives and technical guides.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance requests.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product functionality and competitive positioning.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance knowledge and sales effectiveness.
