Job summary

Gen is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing, engaging directly with clients, leading demonstrations, and tailoring technical solutions for publishers, fintechs and banks.

You will accelerate adoption of Digital Marketplace Infrastructure, travel to meetings, conferences, and partner visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales engineering or technical account management.
• Experience with financial institutions or enterprise tech.
• Ability to travel for in-person partner visits.
• Proven track record delivering technical demos.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Marketing.
