Gen is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing. You will engage directly with clients, drive go-to-market strategies, and tailor technical solutions for publishers, fintechs and banks.

This role emphasizes demonstrations, on-site enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate adoption of our digital marketplace infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in sales engineering or technical account management, ideally in fintech or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to present complex concepts to varied audiences and run product demonstrations.
• Experience documenting best practices and designing technical solutions from customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison among Sales, Partner Success, Product and Marketing.
• Conduct in-person demonstrations and tailored technical solutions for publishers, fintechs and banks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design go-to-market strategies and enablement sessions.
• Develop technical documentation, integration guides and GTM materials with Marketing.
• Travel with Sales and Partner Solutions to meet prospects and deliver value in meetings.
• Lead training sessions for sales teams on product functionality and competitive positioning.
