Job summary

Zafran Security is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to act as the technical bridge between customers, field teams, and product. You’ll own onboarding and integrations end-to-end—design reference architectures, validate data flows, and unblock deployments across complex enterprise environments.

Stay current with backend trends to inform architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product/R&D to improve usability and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Proven customer-facing orientation and ability to explain technical details to customers of varying expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Own onboarding and integrations end-to-end; design reference architectures and validate data flows.
• Unblock deployments across complex enterprise environments and advise on architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product to improve usability and onboarding processes for customers.
• Translate field signals into clear specs, priorities, and demos with Product/R&D.
• Guide R&D through platform evolution and engage customers with technical guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally to drive meaningful development.
