Job summary

Zenity seeks a Solutions Architect (Senior Forward Deployed Engineer) to embed with a strategic customer, delivering a tailored AI security and governance platform inside their environment. You’ll gather needs directly from the customer, design and implement solutions, and ensure outcomes align with security standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Technical role embedding with a customer security team; hands-on configuration.
• Ability to gather field requirements and translate them into engineering specs.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, governance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or governance tooling.
• Startup or high-growth experience with fast pace and evolving playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer's security team.
• Customize and configure the solution for the customer's workflow.
• Integrate with the customer's data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer.
• Feed learnings back into the core product roadmap and act as the mechanism for field-driven changes.
• Own the deployment end-to-end from initial ask to working implementation.
• Lead the customer in best practices for AI security and governance.
