Job summary

Zafran is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to bridge product engineering and customer success, guiding onboarding and integrations across complex environments. You’ll stay abreast of backend developments and collaborate with product to improve usability and onboarding.

You will translate field signals into clear roadmap items, guide R&D, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams. This role emphasizes cybersecurity expertise and ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years backend development experience (Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++)
• Proven customer-facing orientation
• Able to explain technical details to customers
• Fast learner and adaptable
• Strong problem solving and ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Cloud familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 5+ years total experience across at least 2 positions
• Team player with big-picture focus
• Experience in cybersecurity industry

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and Customer Success teams
• Own onboarding and integrations end-to-end; design reference architectures and verify data flows
• Keep up with backend tech trends to inform architecture decisions
• Collaborate with product to improve usability and onboarding
• Translate field signals into roadmap specs, priorities, demos with Product/R&D
• Guide R&D through evolution of the platform
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to drive development and customer engagement
