Job summary

CompassX Group is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge vision and enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment. You will design end-to-end architectures, align with business leaders, and ensure scalable, secure platforms across complex financial services ecosystems.

You will collaborate with engineers, product, and operations to deliver resilient solutions, while maintaining governance and secure data practices in a dynamic consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in platform-focused architecture and multi-system environments.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable blueprints and roadmaps.
• Experience navigating high-regulation verticals and legacy stacks without disrupting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture for key initiatives and ensure full integration across platforms.
• Translate north-star visions into architectural blueprints and project sequencing.
• Evaluate enterprise tools and define data exchange and controls end-to-end.
• Create conceptual and logical architectures and proactively identify integration risks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders on design and delivery timelines.
• Champion system integrity, performance, and security within legacy stacks and complex environments.
• Document decisions, standards, and patterns for repeatable solutions.
• Stay current on platform capabilities and recommend modernization when needed.
