Job summary

Safety National is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions enabling strategic initiatives. Lead with Product Management, Agile Release Trains, and architecture leaders to translate business needs into enterprise-grade designs that support efficient delivery.

You will advise teams on integration challenges, modern engineering practices, and architecture decisions that deliver long-term business value, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days weekly in Saint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing and supporting complex, multi-system enterprise solutions.
• Working knowledge of system integration, APIs, data flows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Ability to collaborate across product, business, and technology teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate strategies into actionable solution guidance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in future.
• Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in St. Louis office.
