Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as the technical partner in the sales process. You will run technical discovery, demos, and pilots, and address the hard questions in the room, ensuring the technical win.

You will partner with account executives to map Flow to each customer's engineering workflow, prepare demos, and validate pilots, translating customer needs into product capabilities and guiding deployment with the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to run technical rooms with engineers up to VP level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on discovery calls, demos, and pilots, from first technical conversation through to a signed deal.
• Understand each customer's engineering workflow and requirements process, then show how Flow fits it.
• Build and run demos and proofs of concept reflecting the customer's actual use case.
• Answer technical and security questions from engineering, IT, and security teams, and complete security questionnaires.
