Job summary

Trail of Bits is seeking a Solutions Architect to own strategy for our key accounts after engagements, building multi-year programs with a dedicated account team. This role focuses on the technical side, translating findings into follow-on work and expanding client relationships.

You'll work with Senior Sales Engineers, PMO, and Account Executives to shape security roadmaps, program design, and cross-practice engagements, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security consulting or security engineering.
• 3+ years in client-facing roles.
• Ability to design programs and defend the sequence with hands-on delivery experience.
• Strong scoping and pricing judgment.
• Excellent technical writing and communication.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Join findings readouts and own the expansion planning that follows.
• Own technical continuity of each named account: what changed, what is still open, what we should look at next.
• Lead technical office hours and working sessions that give client engineers structured access to our expertise.
• Back the PMO on escalations; maintain the process, methodology, and judgment.
• Own the technical half of business reviews and multi-year roadmaps for named accounts.
• Amplify the technical voice to account teams and portfolio strategy; shape expansion.
• Translate engineering capabilities into scalable services and cross-practice engagements.
