Qualifications

• Experience with pre- and post-sales support in large format/office environments.
• Proficiency with color management tools and file formats; travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with prospective customers and enterprise printing solutions.
• Join on-site customer visits, surveys, and IT staff meetings as technical advisor.
• Contribute to RFP responses and provide project management for complex implementations.
• Assist with installation and integration of products and color solutions.
• Deliver post-sales 24/7 support and guide professional services delivery.
