Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to drive delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains, fostering alignment and continuous improvement. You will coordinate planning, manage dependencies, and coach Lean-Agile practices at scale.

Partnering with Solution Management, Product Management, Architects, and leaders, you will ensure delivery health, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder engagement in a remote-capable role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile product or technology delivery initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and systems-thinking principles.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Agile delivery across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinate planning, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across trains.
• Coach and enable Lean-Agile practices at scale.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery health, risks, and progress.
