Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Solution Train Engineer (STE) to enable delivery of large-scale, cross-functional solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will coach, align, and improve the Solution Train to achieve business outcomes in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities include facilitating events, managing dependencies, and guiding Lean-Agile practices at scale while partnering with Solution Management, Product Management, and Architecture teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile product or technology delivery initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and systems-thinking principles.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary servant leader and facilitator for the Solution Train.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across Agile Release Trains, shared services, and external stakeholders.
• Drive transparency in planning, execution, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Support strategic alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.
• Facilitate Solution Train events, including Pre- and Post-PI Planning, Solution Train Sync, Solution Demo, Inspect and Adapt workshops, Large Solution Retrospectives.
• Coordinate planning activities across multiple ARTs to ensure integrated delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress and identify barriers impacting execution.
