Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Solution Train Engineer (STE) to facilitate and enable delivery of large-scale, cross-functional solutions built by multiple Agile Release Trains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile product or technology delivery initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and systems-thinking principles.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary servant leader and facilitator for the Solution Train.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across Agile Release Trains, shared services, and external stakeholders.
• Drive transparency in planning, execution, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Support strategic alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.
• Facilitate Solution Train events (PI planning, Solution Train Sync, Solution Demo, Inspect & Adapt).
• Coordinate planning across multiple ARTs to ensure integrated delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress and identify barriers to execution.
• Drive dependency management across teams and programs.
