Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale Agile product or technology delivery initiatives.
• 3+ years in Agile leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and systems-thinking principles.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary servant leader and facilitator for the Solution Train.
• Foster collaboration across Agile Release Trains, shared services, and external stakeholders.
• Drive transparency in planning, execution, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Support strategic alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.
• Facilitate Solution Train events and coordinate planning across ARTs.
• Coach teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and organizational learning.
• Identify and mitigate cross-train risks and dependencies.
• Escalate impediments and facilitate decision-making with stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor metrics for solution delivery and outcomes.
