Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations. You will gather requirements, collaborate with business process teams, and lead design and testing efforts for QM enhancements and projects.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer within a 24x7 manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 ranking or Canadian equivalent, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience with SAP QM or related quality/manufacturing apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Work with business process and technical teams to design and build objects that meet requirements.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues timely to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, testing strategies, and support procedures.
• Monitor interfaces between SAP QM and integrated apps to ensure reliable data flow.
• Participate in incident and problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
