Job summary

smartTrade Technologies in Miami seeks an autonomous Solution Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding for trading platforms. You will own end-to-end projects and serve as the primary contact for global financial institutions in North America and LATAM.

You will drive configurations, validate SaaS solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver demos/workshops while collaborating with R&D, Support, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) to manage LATAM accounts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for internal/global communications.
• Highly autonomous with ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT/software implementation background and Linux experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute end-to-end project plans.
• Configure and test SaaS platforms to client specs.
• Support validation phases and build client partnerships.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Support, and Product for on-time delivery.
• Gather client feedback to drive platform improvements.
• Conduct product demos and technical workshops.
