Job summary

smartTrade Technologies in Miami is seeking an autonomous and results-driven Solution Implementation Specialist to lead software integration projects and client onboarding for our trading platforms. You will own the integration lifecycle and serve as the primary contact for prestigious global financial institutions across North America and LATAM.

In this role you will configure SaaS platforms, validate configurations, and collaborate with R&D, Support and Product teams to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Spanish fluent/professional (written and spoken) for LATAM accounts.
• English fluent (written and spoken) for internal/global communications.
• Independent, self-motivated with ownership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute end-to-end project plans with high client expectations.

We are looking for an autonomous and results-driven Solution Implementation Specialist to join our Client Engagement team in Miami.

In this role, you will lead software integration projects and oversee client onboarding for our trading platforms. You will act as the cornerstone of the integration lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for prestigious global financial institutions, particularly across North America and LATAM. The solutions you implement enable clients to manage high-volume liquidity portfolios across the world's major financial markets.

As an autonomous professional, you will take full ownership of your projects, driving execution from kick-off to go‑live while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Autonomous Execution: Define, maintain, and execute end-to-end project plans, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and meet high client expectations.
• Technical Configuration & Validation: Configure and test SaaS platforms/software solutions to align with specific client requirements.
• Client Communication & Relationship Building: Support clients during validation phases, address technical queries and concerns, and build strong, long-lasting partnerships.
• Technical Investigation & Troubleshooting: Proactively investigate and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Support, Product) to ensure knowledge sharing and seamless, on-time project delivery.
• Requirements & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to help shape platform enhancements and product evolution.
• Demos & Workshops: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase platform capabilities and train client teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent higher education with 5 years of experience
• Language Requirements (Mandatory):
• Fluent / Professional Spanish is REQUIRED (spoken & written) to manage key client accounts in the LATAM region.
• Fluent / Native English (spoken & written) for daily internal and global client communications.
• Autonomy & Mindset: Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in IT and software implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and testing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Experience with incident resolution and technical troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organization, rigor, analytical/logical thinking, stress management, and clear communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, or Networking fundamentals.
• Previous experience in Capital Markets, FX, Trading, or FinTech sectors.
