Job summary

smartTrade Technologies in Miami is seeking an autonomous and results-driven Solution Implementation Specialist to lead software integration projects and client onboarding for our trading platforms. You will own the integration lifecycle and serve as the primary contact for prestigious global financial institutions across North America and LATAM.

In this role you will configure SaaS platforms, validate configurations, and collaborate with R&D, Support and Product teams to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Spanish fluent/professional (written and spoken) for LATAM accounts.
• English fluent (written and spoken) for internal/global communications.
• Independent, self-motivated with ownership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute end-to-end project plans with high client expectations.
• Configure and test SaaS platforms to align with client requirements.
• Support clients during validation phases and manage technical queries.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, analyze logs with internal teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Support, Product for on-time delivery.
• Gather client feedback to drive platform enhancements.
• Conduct product demos and technical workshops.
