Job summary

smartTrade Technologies in Miami is seeking an autonomous Solution Implementation Specialist to lead software integration projects and manage client onboarding for our trading platforms.

You will act as the cornerstone of the integration lifecycle and serve as the primary contact for prestigious global financial institutions across North America and LATAM, driving go-live from kick-off to completion while delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish for LATAM client accounts.
• Experience implementing SaaS/enterprise software and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & autonomous execution: Define, maintain, and execute end-to-end project plans.
• Technical Configuration & Validation: Configure and test SaaS platforms to client specs.
• Client Communication & Relationship Building: Support clients during validation phases and build partnerships.
• Technical Investigation & Troubleshooting: Proactively investigate issues and analyze logs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, Support, Product for timely delivery.
• Requirements & Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to shape enhancements.
• Demos & Workshops: Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.
