The Associate Solution Executive role focuses on delivering solution sales for compliance courseware, aligning products with client needs, and expanding HealthStream’s footprint in hospitals, health systems, and academia through consultative, data-driven demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of healthcare SaaS sales experience.
• Compliance or E-Learning experience preferred.
• Superior consultative selling techniques including discovery, objections, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solution sales and meet/exceed quotas for compliance courseware.
• Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations and presentations via Teams/WebEx.
• Prospect and qualify hospital systems, IDNs, universities, and health plans in assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to execute a sales strategy and close deals.
