Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on supporting NVIDIA software products such as AI Enterprise, Omniverse and vGPU. You will triage issues, drive solutions, and apply AI to improve processes and tooling.

You will mentor engineers, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with engineering to deliver exceptional enterprise support. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• AI/ML expertise and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve issues.
• Work with engineering teams, supplying logs, reproduction steps, and triage data.
• Apply AI to create or update product and support tools.
• Own customer issues from inception to resolution.
• Document customer interactions to enhance the knowledge base.
• Maintain enterprise support process documentation and guidelines.
• Develop new standard processes and lead cross-team projects.
• Mentor new engineers and interns to grow their capabilities.
