Job summary

Qualifications

BS or higher in CS/EE or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience.
AI/ML expertise demonstrated in past roles.
Professional-level communication and ability to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance customer issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams, supplying logs, reproduction steps, and triage information.
Apply AI to create/update products and support tools.
Take ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution.
Document customer interactions to enhance the knowledge base.
Contribute to documentation of processes, guidelines, and procedures.
Occasional weekend/holiday support to assist customers.
